Jimmy Craig of St. Andrews, New Brunswick, received a letter banning him from his local Tim Hortons and one in neighboring St. Stephen for continually complaining about his decaffeinated coffee's burnt taste, Canoe News reports. Hortons, the Canadian equivalent to Starbucks, sent Craig the letter after he had taken his complaint to the store manager, owner and corporate office. Hortons declined to comment, but store owner, Edwin Dow said Craig was upsetting his employees and that staffers went out of their way to satisfy him, even brewing fresh pots upon request. Craig said after drinking the coffee he "almost got sick in the sink," but is contacting a lawyer to have the ban overturned. No burnt coffee for you, one year! (Continue story)
